Florentia is home to a growing mix of makers, producers and creative businesses who work side by side across the campus. From fashion and floristry to photography, food and drink and hands-on craft, the community brings together different disciplines united by a shared way of working.
Here, connection happens naturally – in shared courtyards, over coffee, through everyday encounters and on-site events. It’s this mix of people, activity and openness that gives Florentia its energy and makes it feel like a community, not just a place to work.

“I am a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in sculpture. Finding the right studio in London hasn’t been easy, but Florentia Village offered exactly what I needed. I could choose a studio size that fits my practice, and being on the ground floor makes working with materials and moving artworks easy. I was able to set up a wood and metal workshop, which is essential to my sculptural practice and makes the space truly viable long term. The large windows flood the studio with light, and the site balances a strong industrial character with a warm, village-like atmosphere where artists naturally cross paths. The management is welcoming, and the whole site feels safe, well cared for, and supportive.”

On-site management team
Unlike many creative campuses, Florentia is supported by a dedicated management team based on site. Present day to day, they’re part of the rhythm of the campus keeping things running smoothly, a hands-on approach that makes a real difference.

Florentia Village Café sits at the heart of Florentia. Inspired by the feeling of a small Cypriot village dropped into North London, it’s a space for chance encounters, long conversations and everyday rituals.

Each quarter we open up Florentia for our regular makers’ markets bringing together local creatives and producers to share and sell their work, opening the campus up to the wider community and creating a lively platform for independent makers to connect with new audiences.
