Together, the campus offers space for businesses at every stage – from independent makers to scaling production teams.

“Florentia is an inspiring place to work. Every day you’re surrounded by people busily innovating, starting, or growing something. The feeling of energy is palpable. The mid-century warehouse architecture is beautiful and the Cafe attracts people from far and wide. Overall, it’s a lovely place to build our bikes”

“For us, Florentia feels like a microcosmic version of London, a mix of people from all over the place, a blend of businesses you would generally not find together in the middle of Haringey. It’s just the right amount of progressiveness, friendless and total madness that made us all want to live in this city”

Design by Nature

“Florentia is close to where I live, and it was important to me to bring my craft into a creative centre that enriches and supports my local community. It has been my home for a few years now, and I know all the staff well. I feel safe working there on my own, and I love how the space continues to evolve. I’m excited to see where it takes us next.”

“I am a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in sculpture. Finding the right studio in London hasn’t been easy, but Florentia Village offered exactly what I needed. I could choose a studio size that fits my practice, and being on the ground floor makes working with materials and moving artworks easy. I was able to set up a wood and metal workshop, which is essential to my sculptural practice and makes the space truly viable long term. The large windows flood the studio with light, and the site balances a strong industrial character with a warm, village-like atmosphere where artists naturally cross paths. The management is welcoming, and the whole site feels safe, well cared for, and supportive.”

On-site management team

Unlike many creative campuses, Florentia is supported by a dedicated management team based on site. Present day to day, they’re part of the rhythm of the campus keeping things running smoothly, a hands-on approach that makes a real difference.

Florentia Village Café

Florentia Village Café sits at the heart of Florentia. Inspired by the feeling of a small Cypriot village dropped into North London, it’s a space for chance encounters, long conversations and everyday rituals.
